New Teacher Mentorship & Support Plans

During the 2019-2020 school year, I applied for the position of New Teacher Mentorship and Support Coordinator with GCPS.  Prior to my interview, I designed two comprehension professional development packages for new teachers, one on blended learning and the other on stations.  The assistant superintendent recognized the qualify of these materials and invited me to interview for the position.  Prior to the interview, I laid out my vision for the New Teacher Mentorship Program which you can see for yourself below.

This is a flyer i designed for the New Teacher Program.   This document would be given to all new teachers during the Summer "New Teacher Bootcamp"  and describes the coaching cycles new teachers and I would undertake together.  Click on it for an expanded view.
